5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to:

• Holographic interface designs and neon aesthetics

are owned by Zigchains Space or our licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZIGCHAINS SPACE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenues, data, or use
• Cost of substitute services
• Business interruption
• Personal injury or property damage

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
